i have an 88 pickup that i want to put a canopy on. i was wondering if the top of a same year 4runner would fit, or if there are canopys designed to make a truck look like a 4runner. i am obviously trying to go for the 4runner look. if you have any advice or suggestions please tell me. my email is thestanza@lycos.com.

 

you could probably put a runner top on it, but there is one problem, the roof is an inch or so higher than yours, so the top would be higher than your cab

 

you would have to figure out a way to attach it too, correct?

 

you could probably use canopie clamps, Ive seen a few canopies that look allot like 4runner tops, the only way to really tell is to look for the bed gap
