leaking p/s pump, rebuild or replace?

My 90 4Runner with 241K on it has a leaking power steering pump. It doesn't make any noise & aside from the leak seems to work fine. I check it every week and keep it full.
The dealer will reseal it and flush the system for $220. A new Toyota p/s pump is about $100 more + labor to install it.
Will a reseal last another few years or should I just pony up the extra dough and get a new one?

Thanks,
Philip

I had the same problem. Fortuantely I found the problem was just loose nuts on the back of the pump and could tighten them back up. But while I was considering the options, I was leaning towards replacement. A reseal is only as good as the guy who does it. I'd recommend a new pump if you're planning on keeping the truck. If you think you might trade it in soon (a year or two), then the reseal would probably be fine.

Depending on the severity of the leak, a stopleak treatment might do the trick. I had a bit of a leak on the ol 94 and one treatment on TransMagic sealed it up.
