Guys I have a 1999 4runner sr5 but it only hade the running boards when I bought it. I recently bought the factory flares from someone here on yotatech but the mounting hardware is incomplete. I was hoping somebody here might have an exploded diagram and list of the necassary hardware and possibly and explanation of the installation. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

 

Did you get black SR5 or Limited style fender flares?

I got the black sr5 flares

 

You just would need a lot of screws, some rubber pads and that's pretty much it. No drilling or anything. Look on inside of you fender and you should see the whole where flares would mount.
