How Much???

How much would a 92' Toyo Pickup normally sell for. It's a extended cab short bed with 160,000 miles 3.0L Automatic tranny 2WD (completely stock.)
The reason I ask is because I see alot of these trucks selling for more than the blue book value. Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks

It depends on where you live. I sold my 85 4runner in 1998 for $10,500 to a guy who lives where things rust badly - he had never seen an 85 in original condition (mine was absolutely perfect.) Around where I live it would have gone for 4-5 grand, maybe a bit more because it was a great rig and well cared form. Today they sell for under 3 grand all the time.

Check www.autotrader.com
Put in your zip and select maybe a 300 mile radius from where you live and search for the 91-92-93 year. That'll give you a good indicator of asking prices in your area. Ignore the highest prices and ignore the junk.

And by the way - yes Toyotas DO sell for a higher value than any others. Always have. People will pay more for the good stuff...
