Arrow PICS of my runner on 36x12.5 swampers!

TOTALLY STOCK

LIFTED 4"

LIFTED 6" WITH 4" SPRINGS AND 2" BODY LIFT ON 36's

I borrowed the tires from my friend, i just have to save up $1200 for tires and gears, amazingly 4.10's aren't too bad with 36's

Nice truck. I love the SA 4runners. Especially with the tops off

How's the power now? Or have you regeared?

Anyways I'm jealous that you have more than 6" of flex in the front

i have not re-geared yet, no money, but with the stock 4.10's its not too bad on flat ground and the flex is the reason that i got a solid axle truck, and also body damage doesn't "hurt" as bad when your wheeling an older truck, (a couple dents in the taco hurt quite a bit :pat: )

4" front springs, don't have enough in the bank for rear springs yet, the front springs were only $90 but they want double for the rears. trust me i don't like long shackles either, but my friend has been running the same setup for over a year now and they are holding up, when i have enough money i WILL go buy rear springs

gotta love that stock sized spare under the bed too if you mounted it, your suspension would be flexed out and still on all 4 wheels

just looked agin... got me thinking.... i just did a 4" spindle lift on my 4x2..... well it has 31s now with minimal rubbing offroad because i trimmed the fenders (no rubbing on the street) im going to put a 3" body lift on it... how big do you think i can go? looking towards 33s...

well, i had 31's on my taco stock and they didn't have much room when flexed and turning, and i lifted around 3" and have minor mud flap rubbing on 33x12.50's, if you do go with 33's maybe go with a 10.50 to help out your fender wells

but your wheel opening is smaller, so it may be more difficult, i borrowed the 36's on the runner from a friend to make sure that they would fit, maybe you could find someone with 33's to see if they fit your truck

thats what im planning on actually, however, all the 33x10.5s pretty much appear to be made by bfg.... not that i dont like bfg, but thats like $130 a tire and i cant get them any cheaper than that.....
