Hello.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if a dealership will replace a defective part (in my case a Daytime Running Light Module) if I send/give them the part in exchange. I am well within the warranty time for Bumper to Bumper. The DRL is no longer working and it appears to be the Module and I am sure testing it will show that it's the culprit.

Will this work, has anyone done this kind of thing with parts before? I just don't see leaving my truck at the dealership all day for something that takes 5 min to replace.
