I just want to know what some of your experiences with either one of these places. Both are in NJ and IPT is less from my pocket for my VB upgrade.
Any feedback on them is appreciated

There is a lot of experience with both, a little longer with Level 10, but I am not aware of compliants with either. Transdude with IPT has been very helpful here on the board.

You should search the forum, there was a long discussion about them about 4 months ago, and the owner of IPT is actually on the forum.

My vote is for IPT who did mine a while back. He's got the best customer service, most adjustability, can be returned to stock, and it's a hell of a lot cheaper, none of which can't be touched by Level 10, period! How about this: contact both companies with your questions, and see what happens after that.
