Problem with highbeam indicator on dash

Problem with highbeam indicator on dash
When I start my 01 4Runner, the light for the highbeams comes on in the instrument cluster even though the lights are off. You have to flip the highbeam switch a few times for the light to go out. The regular beams and the high beams work fine. ANyone know what the problem could be?
