So my power window switch on the driver side is absolutely borked. I don't think it can be rebuilt now that I've taken a look at it. I'm starting to think I just need to build a new circuit for this. Anyone ever done this before?

 

If all you need is a switch,, google “ switch doctor

 

Depends on which switches you have. The ones that mount onto normal style door panels are replaceable, someone above mentioned switch doctor. Theyre on ebay, probably good switches.

Theres another style on late 1st gen 4runners molded into the door panel, there isn't a replacement out there for it but people have made some out of a few momentary toggle switches.

If i had the first style, switch doctor or parts sellers would be the way to go.
