Need Help fixing a Code 22 and Code 52

Ok so I really have no business trying to fix wires but I tried. I appeared to have made things worse. I was trying to splice in a new Coax cable for the knock sensor when I picked up the code 22. Lets work on the code 22. There is no retracing my steps at this point I am far beyond that.

I tried going from the ECT sensor and wiring a new Wire and attached it to THW at the ECu and the other one I did to a good ground. I replaced the ECT sensor twice and the ECT connector once. Now I am a complete novice at this but I don't understand where I messed up. I am prepared to be roasted although I hope I am close.

So then I tried to check voltage. So with Key in ignition and my MM on the hot wire and the other to ground I get a stupid low number... .0006 or something. Am I correct in thinking that it means my ECU is not producing enough voltage and should be replaced?

Then for like a week my Code 52 new coax cable started working well and I was flying around but with the code 22. Basically just had to turn the key 25 times in the morning to get it to start up and then I was usually fine for the day. But then i started touching wires again and now I am back to limp mode. I tried wiring the original wires for the ECT sensor and feel like I am even slower now than I was before. Been reading on this forum for a few years, I hoping one of you genius's can help baby step me through over the finish line.

Thanks,

Green Machine
