U-Joint for Front transfer Case Flange (Auto)

Finished a sas on my 88 pickup 3.0 auto with I am pretty sure a chain driven transfer case. This whole time I was thinking it was round like the rear and other pictures I’ve seen have a round flange. I figured i can clock it and drill new holes to the u joint i had made on my driveshaft but now Ive noticed its a square shape and I can’t clock it. I’ve seen aftermarket triple drilled flanges sold by trail gear but I don’t think they fit my transfer case due to the splines (maybe Im wrong). Ive already had a driveshaft made and I wanted to avoid the double card joint from my ifs shaft. Do I have any other options? Pic below of flange. I studied driveshafts a lot before the sas but it seems like the transfer case I have is never discussed. Please help me yota people. I just want to be done with this project and I have a trip coming up in a few weeks.

Is a rear output flange compatible with the front end of the t-case? I know they are on gear driven but not sure about chain (specifically the auto chain driven t-case because i heard that also is slighlty different than the manuals). If thats the case I may be able to find one at a local pick n pull.
