3vze Fuel Leak

Hey everyone! New member, new owner of a 1995 4runner. I just finished new head gaskets and was pretty excited on startup only to find there was a fuel leak on cylinder #2 injector. Here is what I've done so far.
I removed the drivers side fuel rail and replaced the upper o-rings on all injectors and reinstalled. No change in leak.
I removed the fuel rail and replaced the cylinder #2 injector with a remanufactured injector and reinstalled. No change in leak.
I tested ohm's of remanufactured injector (read at 14).
I jumped fuel pump on and verified leak is coming out of the cylinder #2 injector. when I turn on the fuel pump it runs and then fills the electrical connection and continues to drip.

Looking for any advice from here. the only thing that I can think to do is replace the injector with another one and see if this third one is a charm.

I don't see how it could be anything but the injector itself that is leaking

Update, for anyone who comes across this issue later. The injector failed, the remanufactured injector I replaced it with was also bad, the next remanufactured injector was good. Crazy that two injectors in a row were bad but that is what it was.
