rear leafs to front in my SAS questions

hello i have a question, so im on a budget SAS and 63's swap, and i was considering using my rear leafs in front for my SAS.
but the pin is not centerd as you all know, my question for you is this.
can i redrill a hole in the Ubolt plate so i can offset the axle in the center of the leaf springs even if the center pin will be 2 inches foward?

Yes you can. There are even plates available that come with 3 holes. I think they are 1" apart.

You can re drill the plate, and you will also have to re drill a hole in the perch. Or leave the pin as is and use it to move the wheel forward. You also may need to add some additional leaves to help carry the weight.

search RUF swap. (rear up front) this is a common swap.
