A.D.D axle shaft vs. Manual axle shaft

Hey folks, so I am seeing something on the toyota parts catalog that I am having a hard time believing. According to the catalog the two driver side axles have the same part number for manual and ADD setups. I figured the ADD axle shaft would be shorter since it needs to be connected to the diff through the ADD system instead of go all the way to the differential. According to the two catalog drawings both are part number 4130935010, depicted in the images as 41309F.

With this another question. I can't find anybody who has broken the ADD system before. The CV and passenger side axle stub seem to be the breaking points. I broke my axle stub this weekend, it was a heck of a fun day! So I am thinking to get rid of other weak points in the system. Thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

86-95 IFS ADD or non-ADD are the same exact differentials other than the obvious. This means the use the same CV joints and/or axles.

Your add pic part number looks edited. They have to be different part numbers... They even look different in the pics

That is exactly why I am confused. So Ill go to different websites and see if this one has an issue.

Reason why I am looking for the difference is to potentially replace my add system with a non add. I broke the stub shaft on the passenger side doing a series of tough trails. I want to remove other failure points in the system.

Well, I found this on another site. I guess I should check a third site to confirm. Looks like NON A.D.D does have a slightly different part number.
