What is this and how does it stay closed?
sorry about the bad pic. Its on a 93 4runner on the interior headliner.

It should snap close. If the claps is worn, Try contact cementing a small magnet to the base unit and thin steel flat washer to the lid. Hobby/Arts and Crafts/ Lowes/ Home Depot have magnets.
