1986 4runner Seat Belt Hardware

Hi. New to the forum. Just picked up my new project. It is a 1986 4runner DLX 5 spd. The PO had plans of fixing her up and had disassembled the majority of the interior. My goal is to get her to a reliable state and then work through the pretty parts. I have run through the brakes, replaced all vacuum lines, new battery, air filter, oil change, and denso spark plugs. Compression is between 158 and 164 on all cylinders. She is starting, idling, and shifting well at this point. So now on to the seat and seat belt install. I have a few questions on the seat belt hardware, because all botls and hardware are in a box for me to figure out.
1. Are all the seat belt bolts and hardware a gold color?
2. Which mounting points get a shouldered bolt?
3. Particularly for the shoulder mounting point, what is the order of install. (I.e bolt, shoulder, washer, lock washer, anchor, and spacer/bushing.)

I appreciate everyone's help. This forum is a wealth of knowledge.

Here's the pictures out of the FSM. Doesn't specify color anywhere, I'm afraid, but they give you some idea of the connection points where they bolt to the body.

Is this any help?

2toyguy. Thanks for your reply. I also saw that graphic in the FSM. I have the mounting points down. I am more so looking for what bushings/washers are used for each bolt from the factory.

The yellow is yellow chromate. Very resistant to salt corrosion, but not environmentally friendly. Toyota went to clear chromate years ago.
The B pillar pivot would take a shoulder bolt and spacer, along with the inner belt anchor(iirc)
the floor anchors behind the seats bolt straight in, no shoulder or spacer.
the belts for the rear seats don’t take shoulder or spacers.

for the lap belts, correct. however, if one sources rear shoulder belts, you'll use similar hardware as for the front shoulder belts, using the high mounting point on the roll bar for the pivot, and the low mounting point on the roll bar for the retractor assembly. the anchor for the shoulder belt will attach to the former rear retractor location.
