Hey all, the drivers seat belt in my Taco was becoming slightly unraveled when I bought it in December. Yesterday, the slight unraveling became stuck in the ratchet and now I can not do anything with my seat belt. Do you have any suggestions on what website to buy a seat belt from or should I just get it from Toyota? Also, has anyone replaced a seat belt before? How difficult is it?

Buy a used one. You should be able to pick it up rather cheap and it shouldn't be too hard to change. Try I scrapper or checkout the classifieds for someone parting a truck.

 

Thanks guys. Yeah, I usually do stuff myself, but I didnt know if I needed to rip the interior completely apart to get to it, or if it could be done quickly.

 

junk yard, make sure u get one from another car that has good airbags at junk yards
