Broke thermal vacuum valve. Can i still drive the truck?

OK to drive. Either plugged, or maybe better with the hoses joined together.
Might affect cold idle a little, as the valve is meant to be closed on cold start, then open to continuously purge the evap cannister at all other times.

A) replace the TVV https://parts.lakelandtoyota.com/p/_...092505047.html
B) join the two hoses together, so the throttle body is scavenging the Evap cannister all the time (risk cold idle, as millball points out)
or
C) do nothing.
If you do nothing, you can certainly drive, but there will be nothing to remove the vapors from the evap cannister. It will slightly affect mileage, but the most likely result is the smell of gasoline on the passenger side.
