1986 4Runner 22re EFI fuse short

Had my truck parked for about a month went to crank it over and would only run for maybe 2-3 seconds (it does this consistently and have determined it’s running on the cold start injector). I started looking at the fuses and noticed the EFI fuse on the bank in the lower kick panel was burnt. I replaced it and now when I turn the key to the on position the engine tries to crank over (without turning it to the start position) without my input. Would anyone possibly know where those two circuits it could possibly be shorting out. I looked at the back of the fuse box and nothing looks like it’s been arcing. I assume this short is also why my injectors aren’t firing?
