New truck

My new truck.

Interior

Interior
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to show you my new truck. It's a 1995 Tacoma 4X4 with a 3.4L 6cyl. I have to replace the rocker panels, cab corners and spruce up the interior. I have to lower it back to stock so my wife can get in it. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Ooooooo, I drove an older Tacoma with the 3.4 short bed single cab, super peppy and fun. Very cool!!! Enjoy it!!

i drove a ‘94 with a 22RE for 10 years. You’ll be happy with the V6. Same fuel mileage and like twice the power. Even after putting a cam in it and a heavier flywheel there were still a lot of 5th to 3rd downshifts when you hit big hills.

YES ^

All I wanted when searching for a Tacoma was a 4 cylinder, regular cab, manual everything. But my friend was selling his V6, extra cab, power everything (but with manual transmission). It was too good of a truck to pass up, but wasn't what I really wanted...

I am so, so glad I bought it. The 3.4L V6 is nothing liking the 3.0, and so, so much better than the old "R" series engines. I have 300,000 miles and never even a valve adjustment. Good power. Not much different fuel mileage as fiero points out.

That little truck just LOOKS peppy! Knowing it has the 3.4 makes me want it! Enjoy that gem, not many like it.
