95 has no reason not to run after extensive overhaul

95 Yota 4 runner... 250,000 miles. I have just replaced damn near everything ..from head gaskets, starter, injectors, plugs, wires, timing chain and all front engine . Only thing NOT redone is pistons and crank, starts and idles very rough, and when clutch is slowly released.. damn thing constantly dies.. NO power at all.. wont hardly move forward.. Checked ECU and most every relay, sensor, and have NOT found any reason for the stalling and no power at all.. HELP PLEASE with some suggestions and or any wild ideas .. THANK YOU

What engine?

Plug wires not crossed? Checked for spark at each cylinder? Checked compression? Checked the injectors are actually clicking?

Why was the rebuild done in the first place?

It's pretty hard to diagnose issues over the internet, you have to do some investigating on your own and give all the information you can.

Yeah, you have to do the basics. Start with the easy stuff. Check ignition timing and compression. Put your inductive pickup (from the timing light) on each plug wire; if the light doesn't flash the plug isn't firing. Checking fuel pressure is a little more involved (in addition to the gauge you'll need adapters), but a quick-and-dirty is to replace the fuel return from the FPR to a suitable container and run the pump with the jumper. There is no spec, but I get about 1/2 liter/min.

Thank you all for replying .. I really didn't be complete in my ranting and frustration on what I have done so far.. my apologies... Reason for overhaul- ran fine but started loosing power and eventually would die when slowed down and would not cliimb the smallest of inclines.. Started with water pump, timing chain , plugs, wires, and did a good thorough job. Went for a test drive around the neighborhood with no issues.. but a 3 mile trip to Walmart the radiator exploded on the way back... I immediately shut down and towed it home and on inspection , the radiator had just let go and came apart. Water and antifreeze everywhere but no visual contamination with anything else.. Decided to go ahead and strip it down the the head gasket, hopefully to find a problem..NO visible problems at all once the heads were removed. Went off the deep end and replaced everything-- injectors, gaskets, everything BUT THE pistons and lower crank. New OEM starter, another water pump, all seals, gaskets, the whole works.. after 3 months of re assembly and checking and double checking everything.. Back to exactly where I started.. Very difficult to get started and idle.. wants tol " chug-chug-chug" with no response to throttle at all.. Checked all compression, fuel pressure, etc and all is within specs. I am currently checking each relay , sensor , plug, and ECU terminal connections.. Have NOT found anything as of yet../ Timing is properly set and starting is easy but still eratic idle speeds.. When attempting to drive, as soon as you begin to let out the clutch .. it dies, and when finally get some movement , shifting into second or third just poops out and dies and keeping it idle and running takes foot on gas and brake.. 1995 3.0 v6 manual transmission ..
