1990 Pickup No Power

Went to hop in my truck this morning and it cranked up just fine maybe a little slow from the cold, I let it warm up for about three minutes and then put it in first and right when my foot hit the gas to get a little rpms to take off it died. From that point on there is no radio no ignition lights so seemingly no power to the fuse box, is there a main fuse or fuseable link that has burnt out here?

Yes, there is a fusible link.

Use your multimeter. Start at the battery (yes, it could have died that quickly), and work your way out.
