Ok, so this is my last resort. I recently bought a 95 4runner with 250000 miles that was non running. After tracking down a grounded injector wire, I was able to get it running. I have changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, injectors, distributer, catalytic converter, and have adjusted the tps sensor.

Even after all of this I cannot seem to get it to pass emissions here in utah. All the emissions places I have taken it too have said that they have never seen a car not pass by this much. I don't have the emission numbers on me as of right now, but could get them tomorrow if anyone is interested. Is there anything I could be over looking that would cause it to not pass? I'm kinda at a loss right now.

Ditto scope103. I've had my own issues with Smog testing, but it's hard to diagnose without knowing what engine you have and which part of the test is failing...
