My 1986 Toyota 4 X 4 PU horn does not work though I have tested the horn (OK) and replaced the both the Brass ring and Brass pin
in the steering wheel along with the 10 amp horn/hazard fuse on the inside engine compartment on the passenger side (Hazards work).
The fuse box located on the driver's side inside cab has no horn relay switch like I saw on you tube (Part 86550-20070). I called the
dealerships an they can not find a horn relay switch but say there may be a circuit breaker which you should reset somewhere under
the dash. Where is it? Any ideas other than take it to an auto shop that has electric mechanics. Thanks.
