So I got something as an alternative to the thousand dollars I was going to be charged for the leaf springs from Hanleys blacksmith. I am wanting to raise the suspension and weight support I think I read this post both so I'm suddenly questioning that, or if I am completely missing something, I'd like to know everybody's input on accomplishing this task of raising the truck for and or supporting the weight that I'm planning on having on it. I got the off a while back. But while I'm no mechanic whatsoever, I've never heard of anything besides torsion bars, coil springs, leaf springs airbags for suspension, if I've heard of more I don't remember them at all but this airlift 51902 kit from Amazon there's a few different videos with people installing them they seem too happy with it I think it's meant for stabilizing sagging springs which I believe I have but I've never actually shown the picture to anybody so here they are and here's the kit. I know you like it a lot of videos and reading a lot please respond before I get to install it which I imagine I'll probably get to doing tomorrow. If this is a sound idea tips and pointers would help. It's 59502, will this and an added leaf spring that's coming later take care of my rear suspension. I also need to get new bushings I know that but I'm wondering if that or anything else is needed before I start this. Still learning but I had no idea that there were compression shocks as well. At least that's what they look like to me. And the reason why I need this is to get these golf cart batteries 6 volts which I plan to do on opposite sides of the tiger I apparently need to replace a according to somebody he came over and helped a little bit.... or at least pointed out everything that I've done wrong. But they're kind of tall and 70 lb each these batteries Hopefully that is enough of a comparison to show the sag, the opposite side is on the ground. Can you tell me what the torsion bars stupid ass question I know but I can be a stupid ass sometimes. I have to have one right for some reason it's not standing out even as I'm looking directly at the manual and it's exploded view. I need a big fat arrow with a neon sign that says torsion bar. But I hear there's a way to raise it without needing to buy anyting.
appreciate it y'all.
