Flashers and rear turn signals work (blink fast like front bulbs burned out) but the front signals do not. thanks

Hi:
Welcome to Toyota World.
What Swampedout means is that you should post your question in a forum that is dedicated to the Tacoma model.
This forum is dedicated to generational versions of the 4Runner.
This is not to scold you, but to make sure that your question is viewed mainly by Taco enthusiasts.
This will get you a much wider coverage, and a possible answer sooner.
Good Luck.
Art.

but I will say this:
check your bulbs and fuses.
if you have trailer wires remove them and see if its still a problem
