1988 22RE No power to fuel pump

So here’s what happened, drove to the end of a long isolated trail, parked the truck and hiked in. Got back to the truck, started fine, made it probably 100’ and engine shut down and would not start. Had to leave truck overnight, went back the next morning and it fired right up. Made it out of the trail, I shut it down and it wouldn’t restart. Started checking a few things and noticed there was no power at B+ at the diagnostic port. So jumping B+ to Fp doesn’t work but I can run a wire from battery + to Fp and will start. Where should I start looking?

B+ gets battery + thru the EFI main relay and the 15A EFI fuse.
I'd start with connections between those points.

Good Luck!

In the fuse block inside the cab, behind the driver's side kick panel. Middle fuse down, farthest rearward column. See picture below...

Does this help?
