Floor mat came off the drivers side on my '94 4runner. Any idea how to stick this back down? What glue should I use? Should I clean the old glue off somehow first? Is a new floor mat recommended?

 

Mine was coming loose. I cleaned the rubber real well, and used Gorilla Glue to stick it down. Sprayed a little water on the carpet, ran a thin line of the glue around the rubber, and stuck it down. I put a weight on it to hold it in place while the glue set. About 2 hours, IIRC.

It's been holding beautifully so far...
