Looking for information on a frame swap

So I'm cleaning up my truck to make it road worthy again. My daughter will be taking my 80 for daily use. As I'm working on my frame to get it ready for Por-15. As I'm using my angle grinder and a flap disc, the more I clean the worse it gets. And I find this.

Luckily for me I have a clean frame ready to go already. My question is this: what are the hidden costs? I know about motor, trans, body bushings, fuel lines brake lines etc, but what am I forgetting? What's a realistic time line for a frame swap? Any and all information is appreciated 👍

one time-savings is you won’t have to continue cleaning that frame!

i mean you can stop working on the swiss-cheese frame. grinding, cleaning, and painting take time, which you can avoid on that one.
