Your Toyota parts person will know.

Look on Rockauto -- they have a great selection. Oh, and get rid of those worm-drive clamps as they put uneven stresses on the parts. They're tolerable when it's metal&rubber (not plastic), but the original ones are much better.

On my '87 22RE, I believe the hose is: engine-to-pipe lower radiator hose #16573-38020

Thanks...I'll see if that's the hose. I've had bad luck with Rock Auto..done with them.

Unfortunately a quick look online says no, it's not the hose.

Did I neglect to mention I have a 95 Toyota? Lol!
And unfortunately it seems local Toyota parts departments aren't open due to covid..nobody answers the phone.

I recommend putting all your vehicles pertinent info in your signature, then nobody has to ask what you have and you won't forget to tell everyone!

Here's a drawing, if that helps. https://parts.lakelandtoyota.com/sho...roduct=3965780

if you're posting from a Windows computer, consider looking into Paint (built-in to Windows). It will allow you to add text, arrows, lines to photos. Not everyone will quickly pick out "this hose."

If you follow the part numbers, and click on the "What this fits" tab, it will list the models and years it fits. 16573-38020 fits the older 4Runners. I assume JoshToy84 has a 1984 model.

But, you will probably note, there is year overlap around 1990-92. Beats me. I know next to nothing about the 22re, so I don't know if the hose changed around that time, and how to figure out which one you need. So if had one of those, Covid-19 or not, I'd probably try to talk to a dealer parts-woman.

If you're so inclined, you can search that part number on RockAuto, and it turns up two after-market cut to fit hoses.

Kinda hard to talk to Toyota parts people when they don't answer the phone.

I got a Dayco aftermarket hose from pep boys. All good. Thanks.
