What is this Bolt - 3vze

While replacing my knock sensor I found a bolt in my head intake port, seems to have been knocking about in there for a while (might explain the noise I was trying to diagnose). It's done a bit of damage to the head and injector but I reckon it will be okay (will replace the injector) as it was running decent before I took it apart. Can anyone identify the bolt and where is should be?? Pics below

That's almost certainly a pivot bolt, like for the alternator or power steering pump (it looks a little short for the alternator, but I don't really know).

In your third picture, it looks like both the valve seat and the valve guide are broken. I would say the remaining life of that head, if left like that, would be measured in hours. Your choice.

Not intimate with the 3vze but I'd wager that bolt doesn't belong to your vehicle.

Second alt or ps pump bolt based on the length, the pointy part were the threads start and the length. The real question is how long has that been in there and how the hell did it get there?

Yeah, its pretty wild! Good call on the pivot bolt. It might of gotten in there during a timing belt change. Its been in there for at least a 10 thousand kms I think, given when the timing belt was supposedly replaced by the previous owner. On close inspection there is no damage to the valve seat or the valve itself, definitely wear on the wall and the valve guide but i'm going to go for it and put it all back together and see what happens. I'll report back if it destroys itself in a matter of hours!

I only have your picture to look at, but it looks like a pretty big chunk of the valve seat is missing.

Good luck!
