3VZE - How Many miles on your HG

Probably all 3VZ owner did the HG job at least once (I am a new owner and need it now).
To help me and others take the decision which HG to go, I thought that facts will be the best.
Tell me since your last HG replacement:

How many miles:
Brand/Type: MLS/Graphite
Did you resurfaced your block: Yes/No
Did you replace head Bolts: Yes/No
If yes which head Bolts/Studs:
Did you delete your exhaust crossover: Yes/No

It is generally thought that the most bullet proof head gasket combo is as follows.

MLS gaskets
Rea-surface head and block to proper finish for the MLS gaskets
New oem Toyota head bolts or ARP would be best
Crossover delete
Then last of all overhaul the cooling system to guarantee it wont overheat.
All new hoses, all metal radiator, inspect fan clutch, New Aisin water pump and Toyota thermostat.

Or you could just install new composite gaskets and have the block and heads decked and overhaul the cooling sytem. Have a good chance of getting another 100k out of it.
