You bought them before knowing if they'll fit? Have you searched online at all?

Coil springs, like to do a ZUK mod type of thing?

If it doesn't fit force it! If it breaks it needed replacing anyway. "Murphy's law"

Meh' they are at worst relatively the same size and nothing your skills may or may not be able to compensate for.

But seriously there are plenty of interchange databases available and no reason for you to of bought a part that isn't compatible.

Uh the 1999 spring has a higher load capacity than the 2nd gen(it's a heavier vehicle), assuming you can wedge it in to the spring buckets it might have a bit harder ride (think skate board over sidewalk expansion joints, which is actually how I can tell my 2nd gen tires are low).

PS cause I'm salty drinking booze and past bed time "help immediately" just fill the bath tub and dive in.. Sorry maybe..

I don't know where you grew up dude, but manners would go a long way with getting help from people.

That being said, CO basically answered your question.

Good luck.

2nd gens have coils springs in the back..hard to do the Zuk mod

OP- moved your thread to the correct section

you would be better off buying new rear springs...Toyota has never gotten rear springs correct. Saggy coils from a 99 are still gonna sag in a 93. Find a tape measure and measure the diameter.
Like mentioned before FJ80 springs are a direct fit diameterwise but will give you 3-4" of lift depending on how worn out they are

Ah good to know, that's why I was asking for clarification. Don't know much about 2nd or 3rd gens.

Lol. Okay man. Wasn't trying to start anything, just saying, in my experience a little bit of manners gets you further than demanding help "immediately". We're all Toyota brothers and sisters here.

Good luck with your truck.
