rear springs

Are the rear springs on all 4runner the same height and diamiter
i.e. can i put 2 gen(1990-1995) springs on a 3 gen(1995-2000)???

measure them and find out


make sure the ones you get to replace them are the same dimensions and also the same number of leafs

thats the only way to be totally sure

he's got coils, not leafs if it's a 3rd gen runner. As far as sizes, I don't know.

You do not want to put 2nd gen coils on a 3rd unless the 2nd gens are aftermarket. The 2nd gen OEMs suck. As far as same size, you'll have to measure the diameter.
