W56 Grinding over 50mph

Need help identifying the source of a grinding noise. I know there can be many causes but looking for your input on where to look or how to narrow down. Maybe some previous experiences?

Some notes.
1985 4runner 22RE with W56
5" lift kit with driveshaft spacers to accommodate the length.
5.29 gears and with Detroit locker. Fairly new. Less than 1000miles.

Grinding can be heard in the attached recording.
The noise happens over 50mph. Basically when in 4th or 5th gear and when the gas pedal is off. Grinding is present with both clutch engaged or disengaged. Not sure if coming from transmission or driveshaft. The grinding noise was reduced when I chnaged the transmission fluid for synthetic royal purple.

In the audio, you'll notice a different grind towards the end. This is when coasting with transmission in neutral. Other short grinds are when in gear and getting on/off gas pedal.

Whole lot of stuff going on in that audio, how about giving specific time stamps for the noise you are interested in.

More info.
The driveshaft u-joints were replaced about a year ago. I didn't align the yokes correctly when putting together and naturally got a ton of vibrations. Once corrected it went away. Wondering if that screwed up something in the transmission?

Only thing that caught my ear besides wind noise was the dust shield and its high pitch twank.

🤷‍♂️ I guess it's normal gear sound? A guy is selling his w56 with transfer case. Going to pick it up at least good for a dual transfer case setup and backup trans.

Sounds more like a rattle in the recording but hard to say without being there. Jack it up and put on cruise control or a stick on the gas pedal or something and pinpoint it that way. Mechanic stethoscope is great for this. I usually chain to something so it won't run me over in unlikely event it falls off jackstands
