Howdy - i had a weird issue with my 1992 22re 4 cylinder 2wd the other day. it had some trouble starting, would turn on but took a few tries to turn over and fully start the engine. after driving it for a few minutes i noticed it was idling funny (shaking a bit and sounding overworked). then it stalled out on me twice when i came to full stops at lights.

since then (5 days ago) i haven't noticed anything and it's been running fine. any ideas what could have been the problem? electrical issue? bad spark plug? it had rained that day if that could have anything to do with it...

i'm planning on having my mechanic look at it next week, but any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
