HELP... My 4runner is leaking fuel pretty good which is dripping over the manifold i dont want to catch on fire as i drive my truck so i took a guess and replaced the fuel damper a part that looks like a mushroon but has a nut and threads... Anyway i am a female trying to do this work so i did it but only put 1 copper gasket on with it... I stopped the leak but now when i come to a stop it seems like ut is starving for fuel and wants to die... When i am driving it seems fine until i come to a stop can someone help me please ...

Welcome to YotaTech.
The FPR uses two "crush washers," one on either side of the "banjo" fuel fitting. OEM they are aluminum (the speculation on this forum is that the copper washers are used for higher-pressure systems, like braking, where the fastening torques are higher). If it is not leaking, you should be okay, but I would check it every time I drove it for the next 10-20 times.
I really doubt that work directly caused your "starving" problem now. At a stop, can you pop it into neutral (step on the clutch) and let it idle? Do you need to give it a little gas? A problem of dying when in Drive could easily be the idle speed set too low (spec is 850 rpm).

Thank you for your help... In answer to your question when i am in gear its seems fine until i come to a red light or stop.. Then it drops to less thrn 1000 rpm and tries to stall out.. If i press the accelerater to give it gas it trvs up for that burst and then tries to stall out again... Help im lost and dont know what to do.. I tried adjusting the throttle cable but have been u successful...
