Inner Tie Rod going bad

Inner Tie Rod going bad
I was wondering if anyone here on the forum has replace a front inner tie rod? The left front inner tie rod is going bad on my 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2.7L and I was wondering if this is something I can do.

is that the part than connects to the steering rack..................if so you might need to replace the whole thing.
