R151f turbo transfer case mated to V6 R150

Hi everyone, I have the opportunity to buy a 23 spline R151f gear drive transfer case, and I have a few questions. I have researched but have a few outlying questions before I make the purchase.
.
Note: I plan to run this as a single case.
.
  1. The R151f transfer case has a 4.5" forward shift according to Marlin. My transmission accepts a 4" forward shift. Can I swap my 4" forward shift from my current transfer case to the turbo transfer case? Is this even necessary? Or do I need to convert it to top shift?
  2. I'll need an adapter kit. I believe this kit will do the trick. Can anyone confirm?
  3. I plan to install a single 4.7 gear into this transfer case. When the time comes for dual cases, can I easily make this my rear case? If so, I assume when I buy another transfer case that's a 21-spline, and make it the front case, I'd need to upgrade it to 23 spline since I'm using the 23 spline adapter kit.

Well, for anyone else that may have these questions, I called Marlin Crawler and here are the answers.

1. You will need to convert it to top shift. Adapter plates don't accept any kind of forward shift.
2. Yes
3. Yes
