Hard Starting after warmed up

Well I have figured out the issue with the hard starting after warmed up. Seems a friend of mine had the exact same issue, he took his truck to the shop and it was determined that the crank position sensor was the issue. Being that my 4-runner has 424,378 miles on it and the crank sensor is original, I decided to check. Removed the one small bolt holding it in and the sensor was broken in half. but with i went to remove it it completely came apart leaving the other half in the mount. This was the beginning of a long day. Started removing the front of the engine just so I could get in behind the sensor and get it out. While I was this deep into the project, it was noticed that the cam position sensor wasn't looking too good either, the heat from so many years has broken down the insulation on the wires from the connector and it must have been pinched during one of the timing belt change out over the years. So let's replace this as well. Received the parts in from rock auto and re-installed them into the engine. Starts right up but I am getting a PO-300 code " random mis-fire on all cyls.. I could get the truck to 60 but it is really lacking power. but after it warms up, I can shut it off and it fires right up, throttle response is good but again no power. Any Ideas?
