low idle on 3.0 after warmed up

what would cause this? recent tune up and fuel filter, the TPS might be bad, but idk if that would be the culprit. everythings fine till the truck gets warmed up and you turn it off. when you turn it back on its idling at like 300, but will slowly go back to a normal idle as you drive around. thoughts?
