Grinding coming from right front

I got a grinding coming from my right front wheel, it sounds like metal on metal, it was doing this and I changed the pads and rotor, this fixed it for about a month, I checked the backing plate and it’s not bent and there’s not a rock stuck that’s rubbing on the rotor. I was thinking it could be a wheel bearing but my tire has no play in it when I jack it up. Also it’s a timed noise- it will grind once on a full rotation. I will post a video! Any input would be great!

Try rotating the wheel/rotor/hub with then without caliper and hardware to rule out those components? 4wd or 2wd? Maybe check the CV boots, and any of the suspension/axle/wheel for the metallic noise. May not have play but as you turn, if a wheel bearing grinds, you can hear and feel as you spin the hub. Helps to isolate by removing brake parts.
