Drive Belt Idler Pulley replacement for 95 Toyota pickup
#2
It's my experience that most of the power steering idler/tensioner pulleys of your vintage and back into the '80s are a replaceable bearing type; while most of the same years AC idler/tensioner pulleys are throw-aways, and they have a different sized arbor than the power steering pulleys do.
Whenever I find a rebuildable type in the wrecking yard, I always take it and its matching arbor and bushings so I can change out any of the throwaway type that might be on my machines.
Looking at my spare parts I find that the bearing for the rebuildable type is 6204-2RS

Just where did you look?

I'm a big fan of replacing bearings rather than the whole part, but in my experience that pulley is pretty banged up by the time the bearing fails. But give it a try; if you can press a bearing, you can save $18 or so.
