Need help with Wiring Harness Connector 86 4runner DLX

Guys,

before you rag on me I did label every vacuum hose and connector on this truck as I was prepping to remove the engine for rebuild however I didn’t plan on it taking this long to get my engine back in and ready to go and today when I was installing the starter I plugged in the wiring pig tail that comes off the drivers side of the W56 transmission and when I labeled these connectors I just bundled them and wrote transmission bundle on the label. Now I can’t remeber If the wider square connector had anything connected to it or not? It looks dirty inside like maybe it didn’t and it’s for an option my truck doesn’t have but I’m not sure. I searched high and low in the engine compartment and around the transmission and I can’t find anything. Can someone throw me a bone and let me know if something is indeed amiss?

To clarify the connector is two connectors molded together as one body and the top connector is the two prong round type and the bottom is rectangular and appears to accept a 3 or 4 prong connector.

Ahh we’ll I searched pirate and someone else had the same question and consensus was that it’s for an auto trans and I don’t need to worry. Can Anyone confirm?

Red face

It makes it so much easier to identify wayward plugs .

If you give the color of the plugs and the color of the wires going into the plugs

If you can`t find a matching plug most likely there is not one.
