It looks like yours was buggered up anyway with a screw blocking one of the three ports. Depending on your options (e.g., A/C, 4wd), that port is sometimes covered up with a rubber piece. On mine, it supplies vacuum to Cruise, ADD, AC idle-up, PAIR, and Fuel Pressure-Up.
Do you know what you are missing?
