Can't get hub reattached to upper ball joint?

Can't get hub reattached to upper ball joint?

Replacing my ball joints. Got the drivers upper done first but now cant get the hub back up to the ball joint, what did I do wrong and how do I fix it? Thanks

Did you follow the recommended procedure?

Looks like you have to install the upper, then lower. I've never done it myself.

Looks like your inner CV joint is over extended and popped out of place

unbolt the sway bar end link and shock from the lower arm
either loosen the torsion bar(count the turns) or carefully jack up the upper arm while supporting the frame to get the knuckle back in
