Torqe for bolts
I have read the FSM 2 times and did a web search and cannot find the torque for the pulley behind the fan clutch, I have read the fan blade is 48 inch lbs 17 times! The one the power steering pump belt is on. This one pictured.

Thanks for the response, I have given up looking for a torque value.
Not being much of a mechanic but knowing torque is important if I cannot get a torque wrench in someplace. I set a torque wrench to the setting and then practice on something else with the torque wrench and the wrench I will use to get a feel for the proper torque.

Good idea. Try doing that without grasping the wrench with your hand. Instead, just leverage with thumb at bolt end of 10-mm wrench and pinky or other finger at other end of the wrench. That should be gentle enough torque not to damage metal threads.
