What Oil are you using in 2018?

I've been doing my own Oil changes for a number of years. I've been using Castoral GTX 20W-50 High Milage Synth for quite some time, due to oil leaks, Hot Weather, and milage.
I'm from Southern New Mexico, it reaches triple digits in the summer, and have 300K mi on the engine. but the oil has done well in winter as well.

It's the weight/viscosity and brand I always used in my motorcycle as well... (except in JIS-Motorcycle)... so I've always been happy with it.
Well, It's getting hot out, I decided it's time for an Oil & Filter change for the truck, Yesterday I went to a few places looking for oil. But, Anything other than single quarts or single liters, Well I had the choices of, 1 brand, 1 label, And 1 variation! And not what I've normally used! Quaker State, Synthetic, but Not High milage.
Mobile 1 has a 15W-50 Synthetic, but not high milage...And Castoral has a 20W 50 Conventional.. but not high milage. I decided check the online options from the same stores, and a few more... Walmart, Sears, Autozone, Pepboys, And NAPA! They, All gave Mostly, only the Same Or Even FEWER options!! with Terrible search quality!! Though I did see Royal Purple as an added option, but only in a 5 Gallon jug. And at $140...

So... what are you using in 2018?

I bought a 50 gallon drum of the Castroil 20/50 back a few years ago it is still about 1/2 full

it got used in all the 22re engines from fresh rebuilds to 300,000 miles

With the 3.4`s it does not get used much now anymore
