Tilt Steering Problem

Hello!
I have a 1981 Toyota 4x4 that I’ve slowly been restoring. I noticed the tilt/ steering broke loose on me while driving the other day...which now completely rotates. Went ahead and took off the column cover and noticed these two guys must’ve busted; I’m assuming the pins or bolt heads busted? Not sure what size bolt to use or where to look to fix this issue. Thank for yall’s help!

I couldn't imagine it being bolted up as it had to swing up and down. On the top pic it does kind of look like a stud of threads is still in there? If so you could take it out and use it to figure the right thread/size.
I've never had my Column off to see inside there.

Ah ok, so remove the excess thread and try to pair it up with something close to that. I came across another pic I snapped and it’s pretty straight forward of what I should do; I guess now I have to figure out to disassemble the steering to get the other bolt reverse drilled out.

Put some pb blaster on it and put a vice grip on the end and that thing should turn out. It hasn't been exposed to the elements so it might come out without pb. Are the others out or broke off flush? Those might need an ez out

Awesome thank you, I’ll give that a try! Yes the other one is completely flushed.

For your specific vehicle, you may want to check out diagrams under Transmission & Chassis/Steering Column & Shaft at:
