I would just take what I had to my Lock Smith and say rebuild this or rekey the odd ball to the rest

You might find someone parting a truck out then deal with worn out cylinders

For the set, it's 69005-35130 About $250.00 from a dealer. https://parts.lakelandtoyota.com/p/T...005-35130.html

If you think your cylinders are in generally good shape, having your odd one re-keyed to match the others is probably the most cost-efficient solution. But, like everything else, they wear out. Rekeying a loose cylinder is worse than leaving the truck unlocked.

For the most the wear parts in lock cylinders are replaced when it is re keyed .

Have you ever watched it done ??
